Hi Everyone! My name is Liz Urcinas Forman and I am the current Assistant Director of Sport Clubs at the University Recreation Center(UREC) and I always say UREC is the FUN on campus! I have been bringing the “FUN” to higher education for the past 13 years by working at multiple universities, in multiple program areas including marketing, fitness, intramurals and aquatics. I bring the fun to campus, but more importantly I bring the knowledge to students. I give them opportunities to not only play the sport they love, but teach them how to manage the club, how to deal with difficult conversations, learn how to budget, and most importantly teach others.

I believe UREC provides the opportunity for preventive care that gives students the opportunity to build a community, learn how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle through physical activity. I am excited to be a part of this committee to bridge the gap between wellbeing and the campus community. Interesting Facts: I love to go off-roading in my Jeep Wrangler and my favorite outdoor activities are snowboarding and golfing.
